GREECE - Arthur E. Koutouzis

                           I have sent a cover with commemorative stamps and about 50 stamps inside. Most of them are definitives. Arthur returned the definitives as not acceptable as he has lot of such stock. I have to send a good set of stamps back to Arthur for his compliment of beautiful HELLAS stamps and the very special cover he sent to me.
